To replace a double socket & put a new plug on our commercial fryer….the chip pan plug got stuck in the socket last night….the socket is black & cracked & one of the plug prongs plastic coating has melted 🥹

It’s coming up to nearly 11yr since we got the keys to the deli & this week is the busiest week we’ve ever had!!!!! It’s been crazy 🤪

Starting off with our busiest ever Monday, coupled with our food hygiene inspection….the week just got crazier 🫣

Me & Beth are literally dead on our feet, our backs are breaking, hands are numb & our feet feel like they’ve been hit with hammers but it’s a GOOD thing 😂😂😂 We wouldn’t have it any other way 🥰

We had our un-announced food hygiene inspection this morning….right in the middle of one of busiest days we’ve had, Beth handled our constant queue brilliantly 🥰

Thank you to everyone who waited patiently & sorry if your wait was longer than normal ❤️

Although we are sometimes, we’ll most of the time chaotic 😂😂 , a lot of dishes in the sink etc, we 100% try our very best to follow all procedures & keep the deli as clean & tidy as we can….but it’s always in the back of my mind am I doing something wrong (I have an anxiety disorder 😂😂) so I was a quivering wreck as per 🤪

Anyway she was over the moon with our deli, our food records, food handling, food storage & cleanliness of the deli & was pleased to let us know we’ve maintained our 5 🌟 rating!!! Five in a row now!!!

Am not going to lie, There was a few tears shed as it’s quite a big deal to us to maintain our 5 🌟 & we bust our guts in the deli 60/70hrs a week & try the very best we can & today it paid off!!

Thankyou very much to our customers for your continued support, it’s always very much appreciated 🥰 ….. & a massive thank you to Beth for grafting like a goodin & putting up with me, my anxiety & OCD 🤣🤣🤣🤣 # #
