Yamazushi has completed its 37th anniversary and is entering its 38th.
After completing the 8-course Kaiseki dinner service on March 16, Yamazushi is now preparing the tea room, Majin-An, (真仁庵.)
Looking back on the past 37 years, our hearts are filled with profound appreciation. We want to express our deepest gratitude to all our guests, family, friends, and people who have supported us behind the scenes.
From this year onwards, we hope to share the spirit of Omotenashi (hospitality) through a tea ceremony presentation.
