Meet Fabio, the exec head Chef at 61 Durham.

Since joining the team, Fabio has been working hard on creating amazing menus and delicious food for our lovely guests.

"I am from the south of Italy from a family that is very close. I grew up fishing with my father and have a great passion about cooking, especially with fish.
Throughout my career, I've been blessed with the opportunities to work alongside great chefs in some amazing fine dining restaurants, including the Crab & Lobster in North Yorkshire.

I have been at 61 Durham for over 2 months and I really enjoy working here.
My job here is to guarantee our guests a special moment with our new modern cuisine menus.
I chose 61 because I would like to give something different in this area, interact with our fantastic guests and enjoy our "welcome to all" approach.
