Three rooms knocked into one.

Full suspended ceiling to get over the steels.

Still a lot to do at on this house with a tight dead line but we will get it done 💪

Hall, stairs, and landing. Job complete ✅️

We had to take the main wall back to brick as it had fully blown.

We floated it out then gave it all a nice, new, fresh coat of plaster.👌

We absolutely love seeing photos of finished work 😁

This was a little tricky to board with all the new regulations with regard to the amount of insulation that had to go in, but it was nothing a laser level couldn't sort out in order to achieve nice, crisp, straight lines. 💪

Payment for works carried out is payable within 24 hours of completion unless discussed otherwise.

I should not have to and nor can I afford to chase up payments for work that has been completed, to then sometimes be ignored and made to feel awkward for asking.

Please understand that as a sole trader and a family to support payments need to be made on time as requested. It really frustrates me to have to put a post on like this but unfortunately I have no choice.

I am now booked up until March, unless it is a small job which I will be happy to quote for.

Here we have the kitchen area on the project we are currently working on.

Alot of the existing was blown, so we had to take all of the loose off and bond out to be able to give it nice straight wall again ready for the new kitchen to be fitted.

We have abit more left to finish on the downstairs but we just wanted to give you abit of insight of what we was upto.

Here is some of the work we completed on a full house over July, we have also been back and done the bathroom since as the customer changed the plans on the bathroom so a nice coat of bonds where the old tiles was taken off and a fresh coat on the walls and ceiling.

Here is a recent job we have completed.

Alot of bonding to bring the walls back nice and flat after walls and doorways had been moved and a fair bit of preparation to get the ceilings nice and flat.

This was our final visit down South to finish off the the last bits of the original house and to get the extension done for our friends the Page family.

Hopefully they should all be decorated and have their kitchen in by now so we will get some pictures of everything completed the next time we are down.

This holiday has been long overdue and some well deserved family time is needed.

Busy busy at the moment but that's what we like!

Thank you to Plasterers 1 Stop Shop & Plastering Superstore for getting our new whisk out to us so quickly.

I have personally used the Alfra Eibenstock since I first started and I have never had one fail on me. Unfortunately my old ones were stolen and I replaced it with a temporary one which to honest did the job, but these have always took whatever I have thrown at them. The power and ease to knock up big batches is second to none. There are probably others on the market just as good but I tend to stick with what I know.

I can now get back to it after losing a day yesterday which no one likes so a bit of a catch up day today and get back on track.

Little K REND job completed over the weekend.

We removed the tiles and all the old paint work from the areas, beaded, and then gave them a nice scratch coat ready for the white K Rend finish.

Both customers are over the moon with the transformation and finish.

Had my son work with me on this one to give him abit more work experience and I've got to say he did a cracking job! 👍

A recent living room completed.

Doorway had been moved and the wall needed a good coat of bonding to make it nice and plumb again as there was a huge bow.

All corners beaded and a fresh coat of plaster.✅️

Due to a broken van and a car at the moment jobs are unfortunately running behind. This is something unprecedented and is out of our control.

Some recent works completed over the last few weeks.✅️

👌We gave this old porch area a new lease of life making it a more usable space.

Fully boarded and skimmed. Jobs a good one 👍

Another job from last week in Stotfold (Bedfordshire)

We were contacted regarding this living room as the chimney breast had blown.

✅ It was taken back to brick and boarded over.
✅ Bonding completed above the window on the curve.
✅Prep done then we returned to give the whole room a nice, new, fresh coat of plaster.

We will be returning in April to do undertake more work in the house and also getting ready complete the extension and the remaining parts of the house in July.

Job completed.✅️

We headed back down South for the week after our first visit, moving on to bringing in the old with the new.

We fully drylined it from the existing room, all the way round as the walls in the kitchen area were not in the best of conditions then finished it off with a nice, fresh coat of multi finish.

The decorating has been started in main part of the house the and is well underway to getting the house back to a livable environment for the family.

Looking forward to seeing the house fully completed and getting the garage area done for our clients pride and joy. 😁👌
