Lots has happened since I last posted, Sarah D and Steve B have improved immensely in every aspect of training, along with nutritional improvements too. Keith A is back training with 117 and now there is a new trainer! Amber joins Sarah on some sessions and has started really well.
MyGym Outdoor Bootcamp on Mondays and Thursday HiiT are going well with big improvements from the regular trainers.
So it’s all go!

Steve absolutely smashed his best 5k time this morning 🏃and we’ve now knocked nearly 4 minutes off the total run time!
