We have replaced the old wooden fascias on this property with new upvc black Ash fascias and sofits with black square gutter. We also cladded the lower level of the property with light green ship lap.

Here we have replaced the old felt roofs on these 2 dormers with new firestone rubber roof and took the old red tiles off and replaced it with new upvc cream ship lap, transforming the look of this house 🏠

Lovely freshen up for this property 👌 we replaced the old wooden fascias with new upvc white square fascias and white square gutters. We also replaced the old wooden shiplap with new upvc white shiplap

We have done alot of these flat roofs using the euro cell sky lanterns. However this is the first one we have done using the korniche sky lantern we are very happy with the seamless finish 😁

One of our recent jobs, we have replaced this polycarbonate roof with a new lightweight tiled roof. We made a complete new frame for the roof and fully insulated the inside with 75mm kingspan, which was then plater boarded and plastered. The out side of the roof has been finished off with brown aluminium lightweight tiles. To complete the job we have put on new rose wood fascias and black round gutter. Now this conservatory can be used all year round without being hindered by the temperature outside

This property had old rotten wooden fascias, it's been given a brilliant revamp with new white upvc square fascias and black square gutters

Slightly different kind of job here, we have have put a light weight aluminium roof on this gazebo to insure its long lasting and maintenance free no matter the weather 😀

Here we have replaced the polycarbonate roof with a new 🔥 firestone rubber roof, insulated with 100mm kingspan. We then plaster boarded the inside and installed 4 led lights

Here we have taken the old polycarbonate roof off this conservatory and replaced it with a fibre glass roof with the addition of a sky lantern. This was all finished off new grey fascia and gutters

This week we have replaced the old wooden fascias on this property, they have chosen new white square upvc fascias and grey square gutters with grey dry verge

Here we have replaced the old worn wooden fascia with new white upvc square fascias and black square gutters. We also rebedded the ridge tiles on this property as the cement had fallen out.

Another big job completed ✔️ here we have upgraded these dorma roofs with new cladding and replaced the insulation and roofs. Then we put dry verge on the gables and replaced the old ridge tiles

We have had a nice big job on these past couple of weeks, we have given this property a whole new re-roof, including updating the insulation with kingspan insulation and lovely grey tiles. We then went on to the dorma replacing the roof and cladding making it look much fresher. Then to polish it all off we replaced the fascias with new square white upvc fascia and the old gutter with new grey square gutter.

Another set of dormas completed, we took all the old wooden ship lap off, insulated and have replaced it with new brown upvc ship lap 😀

Also this weekend we've knocked down the outbuildings and scratched back the topsoil ready for marking out for the footings for the new extension. All in all its been a good weekend. 😁

This weekend the land at the bottom of the garden was all cleared of rubbish and weeds,striped back ready for marking out for the footings for the garage. The topsoil from that was then spread across the land at the back to keep it looking tidy

We have made an addition to our services 😀 we can now offer summer house/home office/cinema room and many other uses for these buildings! The outside buildings are fully insulated, they can have electricity running out to them and we will offer a range of cladding to finish it off. This build will be finished off with electricity to be used as a guest house and anthracite grey windows and doors.
