As some of you know, earlier this year I had to stop my classes as I was pregnant with twins ❤️❤️.
Exactly a week ago today we were blessed with the arrival of Maximilian (Max) 💙 and Isabelle (Izzie) 🩷.
They are premature so we’re still in hospital but both myself and the twins are doing really well and we hope we’ll be back home by the end of the week 🤞❤️.

Hello lovelies ❤️ just wanted to let you know this week there is no dance class. I will let you know what happens for next week 🙏🥰

Hi Ladies, I have to cancel my Dance Fitness class on a Wednesday evening for the next couple of weeks - doctor’s order 🤦‍♀️🤣😭

Everything is fine so no need to worry 🙏 but they told me to rest and you know I can’t help myself in the dance classes 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Fingers crossed I’ll be back with my Wednesday classes on the 26th April 🙏❤️

Hi Ladies, I am so sorry but I have terrible period pains and I really don’t feel like dancing about tonight 😞

I don’t normally suffer this much but this period has knocked me off my feet 😭 and currently sat with a hot water bottle on my tummy.

We’ll resume classes as usual next week 🙏❤️ I will be thinking of you all tonight ❤️

Tonight was a quiet one… in every way considering my voice 🤣🤣🤣 but we had lots of fun 🤣❤️ thank you ladies ❤️
