NORTH HUMBER TO HIGH MARNHAM 400KV HIGH VOLTAGE PROJECT ARE YOU POTENTIALLY AFFECTED? CALL NOW
We have been in sunny Goole today attending a meeting at the invitation of National Grid of the North Humber to High Marnham project to reinforce the 400Kv high voltage power network which is at its consultancy stage regarding potential routes representing many landowners who may be affected.
All linear utilities, such as cables or pipelines, present a number of issues to the landowner - affecting, for example, land drainage, future development, access, environmental and countryside stewardship and crop loss to name a few.
We are on hand to offer assistance and advice if required, if you are or feel you could be affected
We have worked in the utility sector for many years on similar large water, power & solar projects are already instructed by many local landowners in the Nottinghamshire/Gainsborough area, where the Cottam, West Burton, Gate Burton and Tillbridge solar farms intend to make use of the spare grid capacity following the closure of the coal-fired power stations which will affect numerous parties and the recently proposed North Humber to Marnham High voltage project. North Humber to High Marnham is a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project which means an application for a Development Consent Order will need to be prepared and submitted to the Planning Inspectorate. These developments may be often some distance from a substation connection into the National Grid, therefore it is often not only the landowner who is affected by construction of sub stations, pylons& solar farm itself, but also other parties by the cable easement taking power to the grid
