Sausage roll Sunday

At Major Coffee, we're always on the lookout for new ways to expand our menu and meet the needs of our customers. And today, we're excited to be trying out something new: gluten-free sausage rolls.

We know that there are plenty of people out there who have to avoid gluten for health reasons, and we want to make sure that they don't have to miss out on some of their favorite treats. So, we've been experimenting in the kitchen, working on a recipe for gluten-free sausage rolls that are just as delicious as their wheat-filled counterparts.

Of course, developing a new recipe is never easy. It takes time, patience, and a lot of trial and error. But we're committed to making it work, and we're excited to see how our customers respond.

As we get to work in the kitchen, we carefully measure out our ingredients, making sure to use only gluten-free flours and other products. We mix and knead the dough, working it until it's just right, and then roll it out into thin sheets. We carefully layer on the sausage filling, making sure to spread it evenly and roll everything up tightly.

Finally, we brush each sausage roll with an egg wash and pop them in the oven. The smell of freshly baked pastry and sausage wafts through the kitchen, and we can't help but smile with anticipation.

Our first day profit!

It's hard to believe that just one month ago, Major Coffee opened its doors for the first time. Since then, we've been on a mission to provide the people of Eastbourne with the best coffee and locally sourced breakfast in town. And today, we're thrilled to announce that we've achieved our first profitable day!

As a team, we couldn't be more proud of what we've accomplished in just four short weeks. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create a welcoming and inclusive space where people can come together to enjoy great food and drink. And it seems like the people of Eastbourne agree - we've been overwhelmed by the positive response we've received so far.

Of course, it hasn't been easy. In the early days, we faced our fair share of challenges. From designing our beautiful building to perfecting our menu, there were plenty of obstacles to overcome. But with hard work and determination, we've been able to overcome those challenges and grow as a team.

Looking back on our first month in business, we're proud of what we've accomplished. We've created a menu that's packed with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients we can find. We've also created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that's become a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.

But we're not done yet. We know that there's always room for improvement, and we're committed to continuing to grow and evolve as a business. When we first began planning Major Coffee, we knew we wanted to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that would appeal to locals and visitors alike. We wanted to offer a place where people could come and enjoy a delicious breakfast, sip on a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, and feel right at home. With our prime location in the heart of Eastbourne, we knew we had the potential to attract a diverse range of customers.
