It's been a tough journey but we made it.
It took me more than 6 months to build up this place and it's still a work in progress. Despite the fact that I'm a chef, for the last 6 months I've been a designer, a builder and God knows what else.
I moved from London to Eastbourne and found this fantastic spot that gave me the motivation to restart my business journey in the restaurant industry.
Lately, we have been amending our opening hours often due to being short of staff and inability to cope with the amount of work behind our operations, we are our trying our best but sometimes it is not enough. Our sleepless nights are affecting our workflow.
We'll arrange an opening party next year at some point as we still consider ourselves on a soft opening mode and trialling new things everyday. It will probably happen in January 2024. I will let you know once we have an official date.
