✨ We took a morning out of the office last week to visit Little Gate Farm ! What a fantastic place this is. 🤩

It was truly inspiring meeting the work trainees and it really highlighted to us that with the right support, people with learning disabilities and autism can be happy and valued employees in any industry. 😃

We were lucking enough to spend some time with Matilda who works at Little Gate as a flower picker.💐 Matilda has a real passion for flowers and would one day like to run her own florist. 🌺
