The purple glass chips & Opal were chosen & the ashes were requested to be visible. I have loved making these sea themed jewellery pieces. They earrings and bracelet are both silver hallmarked 925. The bracelet has hand picked sea glass from my local beach, real mother of pearl, a cowrie shell, a genuine fresh water pearl and two teardrop shaped pieces of abalone shell. Morning 🌅 sweetpeas, hope you’re all happy and warm xx I couldn’t resist making another one of these simple hearts (hallmarked 925) real silver. This time I used a carnelian stone in the centre. Carnelian was historically the birthstone for July until recent times when this was replaced with Ruby. I love carnelian, I have a piece beside my bed alongside tigers eye, it helps to balance my lower chakras.
Carnelian is a vibrant energetic stone. (I prob shouldn’t sleep with it beside me, but I do have a notepad by the bed because I get some really creative ideas in the night)! Not surprisingly , Carnelian is known to be a gemstone that awakens a zest for life and taps into our power and creativity. If you want to boost your sense of self-esteem, Carnelian can help you to find your inner strength. It also helps to rekindle creativity and boosts motivation. Hello xx it’s the weekend 🙌 🥳. I was so excited when I found this piece of sea glass .. I never thought I’d be lucky enough to find such a gorgeous colour blue on my doorstep. I’ve kept it safely for about 6 months finding the perfect setting for it … I’ll be a bit sad to see this go to be honest as I’m not sure I’ll ever see the colour again …. Horseshoes are commonly known as a good luck symbol and have been since the horseshoe was invented. Part of that is the iron they were made with, which is a material that has long been connected with protection. This horseshoe I’ve made with 99.9% fine silver , I’m so happy with all the intricate details. Hi, how you doing? I’ve been working with silver clay to make this sycamore leaf 🍁 necklace.
In Native American culture, the sycamore is considered a tree of protection against negative energies and malevolent spirits. In Celtic culture, the sycamore is considered a symbol of wisdom, knowledge and spiritual guidance. These leaves are believed to represent knowledge and wisdom gained over time.
I’ve made this leaf pendant from silver clay which I’ve then fired in my kiln, when cooled I’ve hand polished & burnished it to a wonderful shine. During this process the silver precious metal clay results in unique, 99.9% pure silver pieces which because of the higher silver content than usual 92.5% silver , they are a higher grade fine silver and less prone to tarnishing. So if you’d like to buy this handmade by moi; fine silver pendant with real silver necklace , (I even made the silver jump ring from the silver clay)
