Carlito's Group are a local family run company looking for the right people to join our team in Eastleigh.

⭐️ADMIN ASSISTANT
Full time or part time will be considered for the right candidate, but it must be across five days to fulfil the roles duties.

Key duties will involve but not be limited to:
*Assist team with daily tasks
*Make daily calls to customers & trades
*Update & monitor CRM system
*Book appointments
*Prepare reports on client software
*Prepare customer quotations
*Managing the email inbox, responding to & redirecting queries as required
*Accounts & sales administration & support

The salary offered for this position is competitive & may be flexible dependant on qualifications and experience for the right candidate.

⭐️PROJECT MANAGER/SURVEYOR
You will be based out of office in Eastleigh but will predominantly work on the road at our live works, or completing surveys.

Duties:
*Carry out surveys and provide full information to the office team to enable them to accurately price works using our own, or clients schedules of rate.
*Plan, execute, and finalise schedules in accordance to the approved works.
*Monitor ongoing works and advise office team of variations if or when required.
*Manage site team along with the other Project Managers and ensure they are carrying out works in line with approved schedules and in accordance with Carlito's policies.
*Coordinate with all teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
*Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the company.
*Identify and manage project risks and issues.
*Conduct project evaluations and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.

Skills:
*Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
*Strong organisational skills to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
*Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, and customers both in office and on site.
*Leadership abilities to motivate and guide trade team.
*Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the project.
*Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
*Experience in construction and insurance would be an advantage, however a willingness to learn and fit in with the team is vital.

⭐️MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE
It would be great if you have some experience in fitting domestic kitchens, your own van and tools, have public liability insurance, and be willing to have a DBS check. A van could be supplied for the right candidate and discussed at interview.
There is the potential for this to be an employed position for the right candidate.

*You will need to complete work to a high standard and be proud of the work you do. *You will be a great communicator, able to work in a timely manner, be friendly and professional.
Enhanced rates of pay are available for trades with the following additional skills; electrical (part p), gas safe, plastering and tiling.
