New installation of Replica Wood mock Tudor beams, white composite render panels with black UPVC fascias and black square guttering.

Our installation team has just completed work on this detached house in Swansea. All the old Tudor boards had started to decay and the customer wanted a maintenance free solution which wouldn’t require painting.

In conjunction with installing the Replica Wood beams, we installed white composite render panels. These panels are fixed to the exterior wall before we install the mock Tudor and do away with the need to paint the rendered exterior wall.

Alongside the mock Tudor installation,the team also replaced all the wooden fascia boards with black UPVC and installed new black square guttering.
