Breakfast Sausage Flatbread With Paprika Eggs 😍🔥 Perfect for a Sunday Brunch… What you waiting for!
Ingredients:
- 3 HECK! 97 chipolatas
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp cayenne pepper
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 100g self raising flour
- 4 table spoons Greek yogurt
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 3 spring onions finely sliced.
- 1tsp yogurt for topping
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Method:
1. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle, then add the yoghurt. Use hands to mix it together, until you have a dough.
2. Wash and dry your hands, then dust your work surface and hands with flour. Split the dough into 2 equal pieces. Stretch the dough with your hands or roll it out with a rolling pin to
about ½cm thick.
3. To a frying pan on medium heat, add de skinned sausages and crumble into small balls. (de skin push them out of one side of the skin)
4. Add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1tsp cayenne pepper and smoked paprika powder and fry on medium
heat.
5. Put a large non-stick frying pan on a medium-high heat.
6. Once the pan is hot, carefully add the dough to the dry pan and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, or
until golden and puffed up. Use tongs to turn the flatbreads over, and cook for the same time
on the other side.
7. Now add chopped spring onion and make a gap and crack in two eggs. Cover with a lid to steam.
8. We’re ready to dish up! On a plate, add flatbread and cover with your sausage and eggs and drizzle over excess
oil.
9. Top with a tsp of yogurt and a pinch of parsley!
10.Enjoy!

🍴BANGERS, MASH AND GRAVY 🍴
Taking your family classic to the next level…
Serves 2
Ingredients:
• HECK 97%
• 4 Red potatoes peeled and quartered.
• Half savoy cabbage, sliced.
• 200g Chantenay Carrots
• Bisto sausage gravy
• 1tsp honey
• 100ml double cream
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1tbsp marmite
• 50g grated cheddar
Method:
1 Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees,
2 To an oven tray add your sausages and place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
3 Peel and chop potatoes and add to a pan of boiling water at high heat until potatoes are extremely soft.
4 Add carrots with honey to air-fryer at 180 for 15 minutes.
5 Into a small frying pan, add your sliced cabbage and lightly fry until wilting. Add a spoon full of water from the potato pan.
6 Once potatoes are soft, add cream and butter and mash until soft, then add your marmite and grated cheese.
7 Now into a jug mix boiling water with bisto powder as instructed on packaging.
8 Now dish up and pour plenty of gravy all over and enjoy!!

Pork & Sriracha Sausage Bomb drenched in a smoky chipotle sauce. Pair it with your fave: crusty loaf, pasta, noodles, or rice👇🏻
Ingredients:
2 Pork and Sirracha bombs
1 shallot, finely sliced
1tbsp smokey chipotle seasoning
1 Red wine stock pot
1tsp sugar
Mini mozzarella 75g
2 tsp ricotta cheese
One small red chilli, sliced
5 basil leaves, finely chopped.
1 tin finely chopped tomatoes.
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp dried parsley
Method:
1. Pop your bombs into an air fryer for 10 minutes at 180.
2. Into a small pan on a medium heat add your tinned tomato, sliced shallot, stock pot and
sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add in your smoked chipotle seasoning and stir.
4. Once the bombs are done place them into the sauce and cover with the sauce.
5. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
6. Now mix your butter, garlic and parsley powder together and spread across your sourdough.
7. Pop bread in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180.
8. Add your mozzarella around in the sauce.
9. Top the bombs with a teaspoon of ricotta, some chopped chillies and some basil.
10. Serve in a bowl with some garlic bread and Enjoy!

SAUSAGE, CHIPS & GRAVY 😍
You just can’t go wrong with a simple Northern classic for tea 👌 BUT cheese or no cheese?!
Ingredients 👇
- 3-4 large white potatoes
- 1 Pack HECK 97% Sausages
- Bisto Gravy For Sausages
- Chives to garnish
- 200g Grated cheese
Method 👇
-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
-Place sausages on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until they turn golden. Then, slice each sausage into four pieces and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into chip-sized pieces, leaving the skin on.
- In the air fryer, cook the potato chips at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping them regularly.
- Prepare the Bisto gravy according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Transfer the cooked chips to an ovenproof dish and arrange the sausages on top.
- Pour the prepared gravy over the chips and sausages.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped chives before serving.
Enjoy!

Introducing the breakfast lasagne, which is nothing like an *actual* lasagne 😄, but has all the delicious breakfast fillings layered, topped with cheese and baked in the oven/air fryer until bubbling 🤤.
I layered cooked chipolata sausages, baked beans, cheese, toast, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon lardons, hash browns and more cheese on top 👌, but you can add any fillings you like!
Would you try a breakfast lasagne?
Recipe (serves 4):
🥚 Layer cooked breakfast fillings of your choice in a greased baking dish.
I added: 8 cooked 97% pork chipolatas (sliced in half), 1 tin of baked beans, 80g grated cheddar, 4 slices of toast, 4 scrambled eggs, 50g cooked bacon lardons, 8 hash browns and topped with another 40g grated cheddar.
🥓 Oven bake at 180C fan/200C or air fry at 180C for 15-20 mins or until golden & bubbling.
🥔 Serve & enjoy!
