11 weeks project run slightly over due to May weather.
This job had no access through the main house so we had to bring everything through the back.

Take old extension done 🔨
And build a new bigger lay out 🧱
Fit New kitchen which the customer had bought some 12 years before And lay in a spare room for free perfect time 👏

Anthracite aluminium doors and windows with A Krend finish, single ply roof with a Spanish slate pitched roof.

Another happy Customer 😀

Bathroom Renovation @ Morningside Area Complete 🚿
Old bathroom stripped out, which ended up having tiles upon tiles so we had to take back to the 🧱.
New sash and case upvc window fitted
Which added time and a few delays due to a holiday in between but we got there in the end.

Wren Kitchens finished today.
Again all trades supplied 🔨

14m fence done for a neighbour of mine after old fence had fallen down
1.8m high with gate at rear.

Attic room completed last week.
Fully insulated
2x velux
1 Ramsey ladder
Fully plasterboard and floor
Skim coat finish
Storage on either side with mdf doors to finish

Final job of the year was finished Friday, we moved a kitchen into a livingroom and turned the old kitchen into a bathroom. Forgot to take photos of finished bsthrtom@but here’s the fitted 2 tone white/navy

We also opened up rear wall fitted doors structural steel and added aluminium bifolds.

Old rear angled extension which was cold and dark was demolished and replaced with this Bright warm newly formed extension.

With rear bifolding doors and 3 full length windows this has turn out a cracker.

After a few issues regarding the main drainage being in line with the foundation we had to shorten the size of this extension slightly and then a month of rain in June ☂️. We finally got this over the line recently.
