Here are some progress pictures from our two-storey family home extension to accommodate a growing family in Musselburgh. We are extending the entire length of the property. This project will create a new, spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor, with a utility room and kids' playroom. The upstairs will benefit from a new main bedroom suite with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom.

Portobello Townhouse renovation project update. The existing top-floor toilet has been enlarged by removing the water storage cupboard, and a kids-only shower room has been created. An existing first-floor bedroom has also been repurposed to create a magnificent family bathroom.

Here's an update on the ongoing renovations at the Portobello Townhouse project. We have removed the original, horribly outdated glazed screen that created an unusable entrance lobby. We can now see the true grandeur of the original entrance area with the original double-leafed storm door.

We are delighted to be involved in this project to transform a neglected former guesthouse into an astounding family home. The property will be returned to its original layout. Rooms will be re-purposed to work with modern family life, including an opulent family bathroom, and a laundry room within the heart of the building.
