Club Sylkie is delighted to announce the launch of Stalagmiites, a new night focused on collaboration and multi-genre dance-floor explorations.

Our debut dance will see Nick León [Tra Tra Trax / NAAFI] play his first Scottish gig, bringing his intoxicating style of drum heavy, rave influenced, wobbly techno iterations to Sneaky Pete's.

mi-el first caught our eye with her mixes on Leeds’ Sable Radio and had held our attention ever since. We’ve loved seeing her tear things up on NTS, Balamii, Keep Hush, HÖR, and her own platform Late Night Shopper over the past few years, each time bringing ferocious club sounds into new dimensions. Deep bass, hard drums, and ravey stabs come naturally to mi-el; as co-booker of the infamous Venue MOT in South London it’s fair to say her impact as a taste maker of UK club sounds stretches far and wide.

This month we turn one!

Come and celebrate a year of q***r parties at Sneaky Pete's with us on the 27th.

Making the perilous journey up to Edinburgh is London’s mi-el. Mi-el first caught our eye with her mixes on Leipzig’s Callshop Radio and has held our attention ever since. We’ve loved hearing her tear things up on NTS, Balamii, Keep Hush, KINDRED, HöR and her very own Late Night Shopper. As co-booker of the infamous Venue MOT in South London, mi-el is a real taste maker of the UK’s club circuit. We were delighted to have her contribute to our first sylkie broadcast on EHFM, and we’re beyond excited to host her as we celebrate one year of fast tunes, q***r excellence, and big bassy sounds. Beforehand, Moray Leisure Centre makes her Club Sylkie debut. A real party starter with a finessed hand in breaks, techno, and percussive sounds, we are ecstatic to have the EHFM resident and Pretext Records co-founder take to the booth to get our birthday bash off to a furious start.

You may have gathered from recent changes to covid regulations that clubs aren't open at the moment for dancing, so we're sadly no longer able to host DJ Peanut and Aphid at Sneaky Pete's.
