The sales receptionist's primary responsibility is to establish and maintain the initial point of contact with clients, employees, and suppliers. As the Clinic's brand ambassador, the sales receptionist has a responsibility to project a professional image by prioritizing answering incoming calls, routing callers in an appropriate and timely manner, and extending a warm greeting to clients and suppliers while multitasking and maintaining a polite and cheerful demeanor.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Act as ‘gatekeepers’ and control access to the Clinic

Greet potential guests and clients with a smile and a can-do attitude

Perform a wide variety of receptionist duties such as answering phones, emails etc. to accommodate clients’ needs

Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of experience in a customer service setting and/or sales setting (Preferred)

High attention to detail, positive attitude to work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software

Ability to work independently
