It is with the heaviest of hearts that we make our latest announcement. Our beloved Cask is closing due to our lease coming to an end.

Over the past 5 years we’ve had to most amazing time being part of Edinburghs Bar and Restaurant scene. We launched our Secret Domes, we launched our Mezzanine Wine Bar, we debuted menu after menu, worked with some superb brands and most of all, had so much fun doing it.

It’s not all doom and gloom though! In wake of Casks departure, we will be launching our latest venue, Mara, in August. Follow along with the journey at . Think beautiful wine lists, draught beers flowing, tasty bar bites alongside smashing a La carte. We’re so excited and we hope you can join us!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, The Secret Domes will be returning soon, eyes peeled for announcements, they’ll be back before you know it 😉👀

In the meantime though, we will still be around for our final Festival August so please come join us! Our last day will be on Saturday the 31st of August, so trust us, it’ll be some send off!

Do we have a treat in store for you! We’re delighted to announce our first Wine Tasting event in partnership with on Wednesday 17th of July.

After all, it’s supposed to be ‘Summer’, so even if Scotland didn’t get the memo, we can manifest it by sampling 5 delicious Rosé wines alongside 5 specially curated tasty bites.

The event will begin at 6pm, but Welcome Cocktails will be served from 5.30pm. As always, you can find us on Waverley Rooftop on Princes Street.
