Believe it or not the GRP was only laid 2 years ago 😳Our team had a hard strip with this project which consisted of a GRP system, Rotten 18mm OSB timber deck, Saturated 50mm insulation along with 7 layers of felt 🤯We stripped everything back to the structure and built the flat roof back up with a insulated felting system using POLYGLASS - POLYSHIELD BBA 👌🏻🔥 Flat roof problems? There was a great feel good factor on our recent project in Kingksnowe Edinburgh, Our client had been ripped off by a builder attempting to be a flat roofer installing a EPDM system. 3 years later the roof was completely rotten our team stripped back the EPDM and rotten timber, Re-installed new timbers and installed a new 3 layer felting system 👏🏻😍 …..
