So yeah, maybe I did just post the wrong menu. Whatever, I’ve FIXED IT! Today is a monumental day. It’s day two of the .of.feasts x The Mother Superior.

Tonight is the last night of our soft launch food menu (a slightly altered version of the full menu on the second slide). We’re still taking bookings for tonight so DM or call to book.
z is playing tonight from 8pm. Come on down, let her bless your ear holes while the kitchen blesses your mouth holes.

We also recommend bookings for the rest of the week. We’ll try and accommodate walk-ins, but best to book to avoid missing out!

This Saturday come on down to the Mother Superior at 2pm, for a day of Cigar and Whiskies by three of Leith's independent businesses.. The institution that is the Ruth and Steve will be talking you through your choice of cigar and giving you a coffee or coldbrew from their newest venture , and then our own Jane Ross will be talking you through three whiskies to accompany your cigar. Just a wee detour on route back from Islay, we popped by Campbeltown!

Proud of heritage and tradition, these guys are the only distillery in Scotland to do 100% of production on-site, including bottling.
Our wonderful host, Melanie, showed us around the distilleries that make Springbank, Kilkerran, Longrow & Hazelburn and holy moly they were some tasty drams 🥃

Anyway…the whisky was class and we were merry as heck on the road home. Slaìnte!

Despite being a day late to our tour… Eleanore showed us the malting floor and distillery with an in-depth knowledge of Kilchoman’s revival of traditional processes and use of raw materials 🌾

Big thank you & shout out to the only independently owned distillery on Islay with some of our favourite drams!

Well… we were probably at our peak at this distillery, sorry Lesley! The tour was incredible, seeing the ins and outs of Bruichladdich and finishing it off with a tasty warehouse tasting 🥃

To celebrate the Laddie crew they bottle a whisky each year with a portrait of someone from the distillery, and when the time comes we can’t wait to get a bottle with your face on Lesley! Thank you again for such an amazing insight into the world of Bruichladdich and tasting some of the peatiest whisky in the world.
