Duties of the Role:

• Carrying out Boiler Services, Legionella Risk Assessments, Boiler Installations, Boiler Repairs and Breakdowns, Other Gas Services & repairs, and All plumbing works
• Recording all details in company’s software system
• Following companies’ procedure regarding customer service
• Always Timekeeping & keeping a professional manner.
• Adhering to Health & Safety Guidelines

Details:
• Hourly Rate TBC depending on experience
• Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm)
• Uniform will also be provided
• Location: Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas

Requirements:
• Must have all relevant qualifications
• Must have Full UK License – Employee will be provided with company van and tools
• Clean & Tidy Appearance
• Multi trade experience would also be preferable (joinery bathroom fitting etc)

Work Environment:

Edinburgh (Work Address TBC). 1 full time / 2 part time position available

What might a day in this job look like?

• Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone/email
• Booking customer appointments / calling customers back
• Assisting with raising quotes and sending to customers
• Liaising with engineers daily regarding customer updates / changes
• Sending out invoices to customers to pay
• Liaising with customers on any outstanding invoices
• Taking card payments via our system
• Keeping our review platforms / website updated
• Sending review emails out to customers
• Updating our social media content
• General office duties.

What Qualifications / Qualities are required?

• Good communication skills
• Reliable
• Able to cope under pressure
• Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
• Experience dealing with Social Media Platforms & Canva
