Neil is currently Chief Executive of The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission & is the Senior Independent Director of the Advertising Standard Authority.

He has longstanding involvement in the charity sector and was enthused at the chance to support a local charity, as well as by Norton Park Business and Conference Centre work to minimise central overheads for charities.
