College Postgraduate Welcome Events 2019 Our 2019 Welcome Events for new on-campus postgraduate students take place on Monday 9th September and Tuesday 10th September.

11/09/2018

We had an eventful first day with the new group of on campus MPH students yesterday - a University-wide network failure that meant no one could use online systems, followed by a fire alarm in our building as we were starting to have lunch! Hopefully today (looking at IT and Library services, as well as learning in a multicultural environment) wlll be a little more straightforward. At least the network is functioning this morning!

A brief note to say that we have just removed a small number of posts to this page that we felt were off-topic. The purpose of this page is to act as an information and contact point on Facebook for our on campus and online MPH postgraduate degrees. More general discussions of medical topics are interesting but better conducted in more relevant fora. Thank you.

We've been pretty quiet on this page recently - apologies for that! We have been working hard with both the on campus and online programmes, with our first course on the new online MPH now completed (apart from the marking). That seems to have been very successful, so we're looking forward to moving on to our next new online course in January. For the on campus programme, we have been reviewing our structure and range of courses, and are likely to be making some changes and introducing one or two new courses next year. Lots of behind the scenes activity just now...

The online MPH induction is well under way, and now the on campus MPH students start arriving today.
