This month we’re enjoying Highland Gorse by Isle of Skye. If you’ve ever climbed Arthur’s Seat when the gorse is in full bloom you’ll recognise the smell immediately. It’s uplifting, warm, coconut-like, sweet and balsamic, with Scots pine, cedar wood and amber. Everything about this is bright and happy. We have candles for home, candles in tin travel containers for those nights away, and reed diffusers.

While the weather may not be the brightest this summer, we do have a stunning beach on our doorstep which we can enjoy all year round. Today isn’t so much about parasols and sunbathing, and more to do with celebrating the beauty and recreational value of beaches, while promoting environmental awareness.
