These black truffles originate from Australia and are of the same variety as European black winter truffles.

We use our Wiltshire truffles in a classic dish, Truffle Risotto with a pan seared Orkney Scallop, completed with fresh black truffle shavings at the table.

We are looking for a full time waiter or waitress to work at Restaurant Martin Wishart. Four days a week only Wednesday to Saturday split shift lunch and dinner. Experience is essential, we are looking for a candidate who is friendly, who has a passion for good food and excellent service.

We are looking for a part time or full time Kitchen porter paid £11.00 per hour. We are looking to cover around 40 hours per week lunch and dinner service. Open only Wednesday to Saturday four days a week.

This role is ideally suited for candidates with a strong restaurant background working for leading high-end establishments. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

Are you a successful WAITER OR WAITRESS and would like the opportunity to work in a Michelin Star restaurant. We are now looking for a friendly and experienced waiter or waitress.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving service standards with customer satisfaction of the upmost importance. It will be your responsibility to look after one section, training and guidance will be given.

It is essential you have excellent communication skills with real drive and ambition to succeed; you will be expected to keep the place clean and create a good rapport with your team and your customers. This is a fantastic opportunity.

The ideal candidate

·Good understanding of a reservation system (Restaurant diary), good knowledge of outlook, word, excel and of financials. Good telephone manner.

·Previous experience
·Forward thinking/willing to lead by example
·Well presented with excellent communication skills
·Passion for food and wine, including pairing

You will have

·A genuine drive and ambition to be successful
· Reliability and good timekeeping.
·The ability to make decision quickly and efficiently

You will be working only four days a week, Wednesday to Saturday split shifts lunch and dinner. Off Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
