We get to make such a difference & to create these beginnings with a quick turnaround is something we feel very proud of 🙌🏼💚
It’s such a lovely feeling that we were able to enter to support this new reset, yes lots to do in after us but a road now this wonderful & brave client can now begin.
As we say there is always a reason behind these situations and this is one of them; A truly upsetting situation like many a poorly client decided to disclose the circumstances to a neighbour no one new about the conditions in this persons life as so many will understand clients who do suffer with this condition most don’t let anyone in ,no one had been in for so long around 20 years at least and I must say the neighbour was an absolute lifesaver to the client; this wonderful neighbour was incredible to us as well,it really felt so good for us to get to work and now the neighbour knowing the situation it really has made a huge difference for the client; on completion just before we finished the client actually had a FaceTime unexpectedly whilst the neighbour was with us that actually made us fill with joy watching both of them talking walking round showing the client with the client having little jokes back and forth was truly heartwarming…we felt our work was done… 💚

Return client of which we completed another specialised carpet repair in another property that had a hair dryer burn 🔥
This one was unfortunately pet damage approximately a year old carpet so some soiling around the piece you can see 😲🤯

Client opted without professional carpet cleaning….being at the door way where lots of traffic will happen it will blend in perfectly over time… brand new piece taken from a storage cupboard it was all we had to work with, the nap was going the opposite way so we had no choice but to do this in three sections 😱😱 but client had every trust in us and again was amazed “called us magicians🪄🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️🤣

Love the fact we are saving our clients hundreds and hundreds of pounds of the need to replace & upheaval of renewing carpets throughout.🤑🤑🤑

It was such a lovely day today at one of our jobs we got to work out side for a bit to enjoy some of the sunshine ☀️☀️

We have been so busy working really early till end of each day every day so not been as active as we should on Facebook…we do try our upmost best to respond to everyone as soon as we can, we also try our best to send out quotes the same day sometimes it’s not so easy especially having a big family too trying to juggle everything.
We have unfortunately faced a few un patient possible clients recently same day responses whom have been quite rude with comments … we are also human too 💚
