Following the success of last year’s inaugural free yoga event we have partnered once again with Hot Yoga Edinburgh Limited to host three free yoga classes on the Summer Solstice.

The three, hour-long yoga practices are open to ALL 18 years upwards, and have been designed with wellness in mind. An encouragement to down tools and take that extra hour on the longest day for some much needed ‘me time’.

These fun and interactive gentle flowing yoga sessions are being hosted by the expert yoga teachers from Hot Yoga Edinburgh who will deliver classes suitable for all abilities from yoga beginners to yogi aficionados.
