"Roman Pizza Project" is hiring!!! We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) kitchen assistant with Front of House experience.
If you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and good communication skills, experience in handling money and complaint. Call us!
The candidate has to be patient and have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Able to work well with the pizza chef as much as others.

In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, Kitchen Assistant is going to be involved in food preparation.

• Basic Food Preparation: If a kitchen is extremely busy, the kitchen staff may turn to Porters to perform basic food prep.

• Material Collection: If a chef needs materials or ingredients, Kitchen Assistant collect those materials.

• End of the Day Clean-Up: Once a kitchen is closed, will assist in cleaning to make sure that the kitchen is ready for the next day.

• Equipment Maintenance: All equipment is cleaned and maintained by a Kitchen Assistant.

• Following Instructions: Kitchens can be chaotic, so the candidate must listen to their superiors and follow instructions.

• Ensuring a Safe Environment: Cleanliness is directly related to a safe cooking environment, and Kitchen Assistant ensure a safe environment by effectively cleaning all cookware and cooking surfaces.
