We are looking for an admin assistant to join our growing company. It is a part-time role for about 20 hours over 5 days a week: Saturday to Wednesday, usually 2 til 6pm.

What will you do?

The main task will be processing the daily orders on our software: Cybake. However, your daily work routine will include the management of administration duties such as entering invoices on Xero, checking customers’ cash payment, entering staff hours, replying to customers queries, processing credits.

Our presence online is growing, we will also ask you to manage our social media, mainly Instagram and Facebook, and manage our monthly Newsletter.

Who are you?

- A minimum experience of 1 year in an equivalent position and/or a degree in Business Management

- A creative mind set

- Being able to take initiative and work autonomously

- Multi-tasking involving a strong ability to be organised

- Knowledge of marketing and professional use of social media

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

- Good writing and speaking English

- French is a bonus

- Customer service (mainly email)

The role of admin assistant is diversified, and the daily work can change upon request. It is very important to be flexible and able to multi-task to bring a strong support to the managers. You will have a full training of the use of the software before starting to work on your own, and a good presentation of a basic week within our team.
