Fine lining is all well and good but on the hand where it does really struggle to hold I’m afraid there really only is one option . This was originally done by a tattooist 6 months ago who charged a fortune on a tattoo that barely does what was required as a cover up. Billy helps out here and saves our friends tattoo for a price no one can argue with!!
