While we gear up for this weekend, we're looking back on past marathons (pictured) and the milestones reached by everyone taking part.
If you're staying with us for the marathon this weekend, we'll be supplying energy gels alongside our breakfast service, which will start at 6:30 am, to make sure you're fuelled up for the challenge ahead πͺ

Passionate, friendly and always one step ahead, Paul's dedication to creating memorable dining experiences shines through in every dish he prepares.
In his short time with us, he has worked hard alongside the team to revive the hotel's culinary charm with the launch of Lounge 36, and has set the bar for the standards we now deliver. His impact is also felt in our fantastic breakfast menu as well and through the elevation of our event catering. He also took the reigns of The Edinburgh Press Club, our sister cafΓ© on Cockburn Street, and crafted a Bistro menu that is as comforting as it is delicious.
