We’re excited to share the details of some of the fantastic activities at the Fun Run on 7 September at this year location, Lochore Meadows Country Park, Fife!

Registration is open and will be available until Friday, 6 September, 9am, so please sign-up now to avoid disappointment. Tickets cost £10 each for adults, £5 for children aged 5-17 years and free for children under 5 years. Free places are provided to those with MND and a companion 💙 MND Scotland t-shirts can also be purchased.

Absolutely LOVED being back at the Edinburgh Carnival Festival, unleashing our glitter magic! ✨ What an INCREDIBLE vibe! The crowd was electric, and the performers were on fire, shaking feathers and owning the stage from Princess Street Gardens to the iconic West End fountain. 💃🕺 Huge shoutout to the Caribscot crew for showing me some killer moves and letting me join in the fun! 🤩

So I cooked a lovely selection last night of various colours and health benefits for mynwee dog chico. He was dancing about it tooing and frowing as usual but in the end he ate quite a bit. Not keen on strawberries and, can’t get enough low fat cottage cheese.

We had loads of fun at Edinburgh Rugbys family event last night, lots of lovely little colourful faces.
Lucas and Harry had their first face paint and their first game, what a pair of absolute darlings they were.
