Trick or treat ? Definitely a treat, lamb & pumpkin curry , use the crown Prince pumpkin (outer green skin) full sweetness and the lamb works so well with it, we have plenty of culinary and cutting pumpkins in both shops, also the Nan breads hand made by punjaban , has too be the chilli one. Berry nice ! Blackberry and apple &ginger crumble . So quick just half hour they were in the oven, last few weeks on summer berries you must make a crumble , secret is too use dark muscovado sugar. Both shops open plenty of berries for you . Ice cream optional !

End of summer treat , wack the husk back and remove just before grilling , you can do on the bbq or in a pan , loads of butter till you hear the kenels pop and keep turning ! This time, we swapped the regular Hollandaise for a Greek version. Whisk your Croft organic egg yolks plain Yester or Katy's yoghurt, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper in a bowl, then gently heat over the water till thick.Sprinkle with Aleppo pepper. Delicious! Let us know if you make it.
