Located adjacent to Home Bargains and a family restaurant, Lidl Blairgowrie will provide new employment to the area and provide local residents with an increased choice for their shopping.

Planning approval received for an over 55’s residential development, Edinburgh.

Juniper Residential Ltd. aspires to provide beautifully designed and carefully considered bespoke age exclusive housing.
This development promotes independent living, but with features such as a development manager, communal lounges and landscaped gardens.
The landscaping was particularly important due to the existing setting with mature trees around the perimeter and to compliment the new contemporary buildings.
Yeoman McAllister Architects worked with Juniper and the design team to create a high quality development where residents would experience all of the benefits of owning your own home but within an environment where additional facilities are on hand if required. Thus giving the residents a range of lifestyle options.

Yeoman McAllister worked closely with CALA Homes (North) developing bespoke product to integrate with their current housing range at their flagship site, Craibstone, Aberdeen.

“CALA Homes (North) has received approval from Aberdeen City Council for the principal planning application for the third phase of its Craibstone Estate development.
The plans for 237 homes comprise apartments as well as terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
This phase also includes 42 affordable properties, as well as the creation of a civic square with the provision of three retail units and office space"
