Eve & Art stories
We are a couple of adventurous Scotland wedding and elopement photographers and video creators.
Aria and Sean on the day of their surprise proposal in Loch an Eilein in Cairngorms, they truly found each other ❤️❤️
Happy anniversary to Luna and Pablo. Their dream was to Elope and say their marriage vows on one of the hills in Scotland, a place they had always envisioned as the perfect setting for their vows.
A year ago Luna and Pablo traveled from Spain to stand together on the rock with a breathtaking view of the valley below. It was just before sunset when they exporessed their love for each other. It was magical.
In a touching and symbolic gesture, they exchanged special necklaces, each one representing their bond and deep connection.
Scotland awaits for more beautiful and romantic love stories to be told ❤️
Rebeka looked so beautiful on her elopement day in the misty Glencoe ❤️
We absolutely loved her dress from and the incredible flower arrangements by
These are some images from our beloved place in the Highlands of Scotland, Torridon. We are so excited every time we travel up there 🖤🤍.
It was a wee wedding of Leah and Andy just at the foot of the Beinn Alligin mountain, at the lovely Torridon Estate.
We have been falling in love with black and white photography so much lately. The romance, elegance, and depth it offers are captivating. Black and white allows us to focus our senses on the image rather than the colors, which are always beautiful but can sometimes be distracting.
Do you like black and white photos too? :)
Laura and Marcus eloped to the enchanting landscapes of Glencoe, traveling from afar to exchange vows on a hilltop with their parents as their only witnesses. They had hoped for the Scottish overcast skies to set a moody, romantic scene, but we were instead blessed with a sunny day and a gentle breeze, bringing a touch of warmth to the special moment.
Even the sunniest days in Scotland carry an undercurrent of moodiness and romance. Ultimately, the weather is but a backdrop to the true beauty of the day—it's the love you share that makes your elopement truly magical.
By the way, the autumn months are the best for those dark and moody vibes! 🙂

Months ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Iyan and Gavin over a video call. Listening to their story was like stepping into a beautifully crafted novel—full of serendipitous encounters, long-distance yearning, and the eventual triumph of love. Their sensitive souls shone through as they shared their romantic journey, from their first meeting to Iyan's transatlantic proposal and the anticipation of starting a life together in the UK.
Their wedding day in Scotland, amidst the majestic Cairngorms, was a culmination of their love story—a celebration surrounded by their nearest and dearest. It was an emotional whirlwind, as they exchanged heartfelt vows in their homeland.
Before the big day, we had the privilege of spending quiet moments with them, witnessing their intimate connection and capturing candid glimpses of their love. These precious moments, away from the hustle of wedding preparations, allowed them to bask in each other's presence and cherish the depth of their bond.
Their wedding day was not just a union of two souls, but a testament to the enduring power of love. We feel fortunate to have shared in their journey and look forward to sharing more highlights from their emotional and unforgettable wedding day over our new blog soon ❤️
This is the type of atmosphere we will never get bored of in the Scottish Highlands. Bee and Danny traveled all the way from the USA to exchange vows on a beautifully moody day in Glencoe, just as we all had hoped for! Happy anniversary to those two lovebirds! :)
Thanks to for conducting a heartfelt ceremony in the mossy forest 💍
It was a few weeks ago when we met the two loveliest souls, Emma and Yucong. They are originally from China and traditions of getting married are very different from what eloping is. That did not stop them from doing something truly special, only for each other. We bonded over shared memories of adventures in China a few years back and we had such a great time talking about cultures and memories. They are big enthusiasts of film photography so it was a big excitement to be able to try one of the best vintage cameras out there!
We took Emma and Yucong on this emotional adventure guiding them through moments of laughter and tears, helping them express their love in ways they hadn't before. It all happened over those days, but the most important moments happened in the mossy woodland in the Highlands of Scotland. They brought along mementos from their early days together – old love letters and wooden postcards – which added such a sweet touch to their ceremony. Even though they read their vows in English, it was when they whispered those old love letters to each other in Chinese that we truly felt the depth of their connection.
Looking back on it all, our hearts just feel the happiness of witnessing it. And after the ceremony, we didn't waste a moment. We brewed some coffee on a camping stove and set off to explore the snowy beauty of Glencoe, watching the sun dip behind the mountains, and feeling like we were living in a film for two days

There's been a lot going on lately in the background regarding many aspects of our small business. We are looking forward to sharing more of that in the next months ✨
We get asked if we still have availability for last-minute elopements/video stories, and wee weddings. Yes, we do and Autumn/Winter bookings are still open (the best seasons here 🫶)!
Rebeka and Will played the piano together, gradually preparing for their journey to the Highlands for their elopement ceremony amidst the cloudy mountains of Glencoe. They had dreamt about this day for so long.
It was a beautiful time spent with these two artistic souls and making new friends ❤️

This surprise proposal in Cairngorms was so romantic and had a lovely story.
Years ago, Sean poured his heart into a romantic poem for Aira, expressing his feelings and adding a few words as a special ending for her.
On that day, as he planned to surprise her with a proposal, he revisited those heartfelt lines. This time, it wasn't just words missing at the end; it was a question that would change everything.
With a hopeful heart, he asked, and Aira joyfully said 'yes'💍💖
This winter elopement on the Isle of Skye last year was one big adventure. Sarah and Kieran, originally from New Zealand, set their minds on hiking high up the Old Man of Storr, it was unexpectedly all covered in snow that morning, promising a breathtaking view.
We had to wait until two snowstorms passed before we could start their ceremony! The cold and harsh conditions made it even more special and memorable for them, as well as for us. 🤍
We're excited as we're heading to Skye tomorrow and can't wait to see the fluffy sheep, hills, and wee roads again!
Not long ago we shared a few frames from Lina & James's winter elopement in Cairngorms 😉
We are excited to show their wee film story this time.
Embracing the chill of winter, Lina & James celebrated their love amidst the calm landscapes of Cairngorms. From intimate moments in the cozy cottage to exhilarating wild swims, every moment was filled with warmth and joy. Witnessing their love unfold was a privilege, and we're grateful for the trust they placed in us to capture these precious memories✨

Scotland known for its misty and moody ambience (very often is!), also unveils moments of radiant sunshine, especially during summer and early autumn months. A symphony of weather dances throughout the day changing from misty mornings to a gentle appearance of the sun, illuminating the landscapes for the greater part of the day which creates opportunities for beautiful photographs. Yet, it is during the early evenings that true magic happens✨

These guys traveled all the way from Germany to embark on this beautiful adventure. They dreamed of doing something truly special for each other, expressing their love, embracing the wild elements of the Scottish Highlands and the romantic allure of Glasgow, where they prepared for their heartfelt ceremony.
Stay tuned as we eagerly anticipate sharing more moments from their Scottish escapade soon ❤️

We're preparing to embark on another creative journey tomorrow, excitement fills the air once again! 🥰
This is a part of the Elopement story of Lina and James. It's been almost exactly a year since that day. It was beautiful and pretty cold winter in Cairngorms for a slow day in the cottage and walk. Nonetheless we had some fun plans including wild swimming and the perfect kind of people for it!
We spent a couple of days together capturing these special memories. We loved witnessing their intimate moments and we feel grateful for the trust and openness to all the emotions that came along the way.
We are excited to share more parts of this Elopement soon.
It's been quiet here lately, but we want to be more frequent with posting photographs/wee videos - it's a plan for this year ;)
We are also excited to blog more stories via our new website (it is coming)!

It's not a secret that the seaside, beaches, little coastal towns, and villages put us at ease, we tend to escape to those places to rest. We embrace every occasion to visit. That's why we love creating in such scenery as well. Can you imagine yourself during summer long days or autumn early sunset at the beach with your loved one, it's pure joy ♥️
L&K's elopement in Glencoe 🖤
It gets so atmospheric, and moody and the colours are just magic over the Autumn and Winter months.
It was Autumn when we visited Scotland for the first time and we fell in love with how remote it felt. There are not many tourists over the cold months so it feels like you own the place for a little while.
It's slightly different over the summer 😊
Can't wait for the upcoming trip next week! 🍂
Getting ready and writing your vows in the morning is one of our favorite parts of a wedding/elopement day... We often get questions if we work on weddings at all - yes, we do!
We love very small, intimate gatherings where you really feel close to your little group of guests. It means you have your closest ones by your side and that is what's important❤️

When Rebeka and Will got in touch with us we felt a really good connection with them right away. Not only because we shared the same ideas and we could communicate in our native language (Polish + Ponglish - a mix of two if you don't know haha), but simply because they are so lovely and fun to be around. They visited Scotland last month to Elope in and we could not imagine better weather in the Highlands 🌥💚

It's been a year since that day!
Angelica and Josh eloped on the Isle of Skye and we spent a beautiful time over two days together capturing their love 🖤
It was many months back when we met Iyan (from the UK) and Gavin, from the USA over the video call. They told us about their story of how they found each other, their romantic & vivid memories of a first meeting, Iyan's journey overseas to propose, long distance, and the long-anticipated beginning of life together in the UK. The way I&G told us about it all really touched us. They are very sensitive souls and we see their connection as being very special.
It was a long way for them to finally celebrate their beautiful wedding in Scotland, Iyan's homeland, and so they did back in May! I&G was surrounded by the closest family and friends while saying marriage vows in remote Cairngorms.
We are so glad that we had a chance to hang out with them before that and spend some quiet time where they could enjoy more intimate, candid moments together. It's what we love the most! It's not always that easy/possible on your wedding day and having that extra day to celebrate your love makes all the difference! ❤️
More from their wedding soon!
Alicia and Jamie got married in Glencoe last September, just before the official start of autumn.
It's our favorite season, and we believe it's the perfect time to elope ❤️ By late September, the landscape is still lush green, but you can already notice a shift in colors. The ferns have a magical blend of slightly brown and muted green hues.
Scotland tends to become so moody as the year progresses, with lots of cloudy, slightly windy, but still warm-ish days. These atmospheric conditions perfectly capture the essence of the vibe we are looking for and always strive to witness.
In love with those two! 😍

A wee sneak peek into Bee and Danny's elopement in the breathtaking Glencoe! 💚
We always encourage couples to express their love through writing their own vows or letters to each other. You don't have to read them in front of everyone; any time is perfect. We love capturing the magic of the morning when you both find your own space to write your heartfelt words onto paper. It's a time for contemplation and reflection before sharing with your beloved. So don't forget to guys! ❤️

Earlier this year, we were privileged to bear witness and capture the love story of a beautiful couple on their elopement weekend. From the first look to the first kiss, every moment was filled with warmth and happiness. It was an honor to document such a special occasion for amazing photographers such as Lina and James, and we are grateful to have been a part of it. As we look back on the images, we are reminded of the beauty of two people coming together to start a new chapter in their lives - with help of Onie the celebrant, and her beautiful ceremony.

Can't wait for the long summer sunsets on the beach.
We shared this one with Bryony and Fraser. We loved it!
We have a few beaches which are our favorites and we keep them a "secret", so do not tell anyone :-)
We are excited to share a little sneak peek video from Angelica & Josh's elopement in the Isle of Skye late last year.
It was one of the most beautiful experiences we had, also because we wanted to create and spend more time up in Skye. We couldn't ask for better people to hang out with than these two.
Their love and connection are so deep and beautiful.
Thank you for trusting us friends ❤️
Josh writes poems and it happened that he brought his notebook with him to Scotland! We had these quiet moments, sitting, listening to the calm music, chatting and when the light "hit just right" he read some of his poems. You can hear his voice and his beautiful words in the video.
Every time we have a chance to spend some intimate time with couples, get to know them better, and their story, and see how they open up and express their feeling towards each other we just feel so lucky and fulfilled 🍀
