This Saturday at Red Lion Egham...

On 13-15 May 2024, the Pint of Science festival will simultaneously bring thousands of scientists and their research out of the lab and into pubs, cafes and places near you to share their scientific discoveries.

The three-day annual festival has grown astronomically since its inception in 2013 and involves over 25 countries and hundreds of cities around the world. In the UK alone we have over 450 events across 40 cities.

Each night will provide a unique line up of talks, demonstrations and live experiments held in a relaxed and informal environment. Topics range from: the mysteries of the universe, how our bodies work, the latest in technology and climate studies, art and science, and impacts on society and policy - there is something for everyone. Each event costs £5.

Pint of Science is a non-profit organisation organised by a grass-root community of thousands of volunteers from science, research and academia.
