I'd like to thank Loraine for being brave enough to talk about the tragic loss of her Son, Daniel.

A career as a drug and alcohol worker, things she has seen and dealt with over the years and some super useful Words Of Wisdom for anyone dealing with the loss of a child, addiction or mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

We also discussed the generational downfall of disrespect and a percentage of modern day teenagers who are offended by almost everything.

A slightly nervous Loraine done amazingly well to get through 90 minutes of tough questions from myself.

I've never met a more resilient man in my life. John continues to inspire me and many others whilst dealing with an incredibly tough set of circumstances. How, I will never know 💪🏼

None of us ever fully anticipate that life can throw a huge curveball at you at any given time. We all need to educate ourselves on the importance of looking after ourselves to the best of our ability, incase something like this ever happens 🙏🏻
