I am looking at ways to proceed forward with my little cheesecakes and possible ways in which it can work better for me. I will be implementing some new ordering information which involves payments and collection details.

Sorry for my quietness on here things have been crazy busy the last month. I have been busy completing orders that I took before I couldn’t take anymore. This was a lovely two tier cheesecake I made for a lovely customer. 🙂

I have made the decision going forward for a little while to not take any further orders. All current orders up to now will still be completed. I will however, be making pots and cheesecakes for people to buy on a first come first serve basis. I will make them when I can and pop them up for everyone to just buy. There would be no way I could keep up with Christmas orders (thank you so much for everyone’s keen interest in ordering) I feel that if I make some when I have time and you fancy one then it will be fastest finger first 😂
Also family reasons-they always come first, work commitments and lots of other busy things going on. I have debated to give it up sadly but I will decide over Christmas 🎄

This a a 9” with a lovely malteser cheesecake (crushed up inside) and then with vanilla cream on top which will then have lots of Maltesers filled on top!
It’s available tomorrow from 5.30 and will be great for a Halloween treat table (you could even add some Halloween goodies of your choice on top) or just as a great way to start a Monday off with a yummy pudding for the evenings now the nights are drawing in.

I have some goodies for sale 😍 I have tried a couple of new avenues all inspired by others but put my own touch and design on them. I thought since it’s Halloween to do a few loaf pan cheesecakes and something a bit different a cheesecake Galaxy pie.(biscuit base topped with cream cheesecake, caramel and Galaxy chocs).
I will be making up when I can a few bits and bobs for people to just buy.

Something a little different made for a lovely customer. I am always open to trying things and cannot take credit for the idea as it was taken from another great baker. The customer asked me to make a rice crispy base and then fill with cream cheese ♥️ This was the outcome and a little twist from me. 😄

Strawberries and cream for a lovely anniversary 🍓 😋 This one definitely melted my mouth making this and I had to stop hubby diving in with his spoon 🥄 😂

I have always wanted to try a cake within a cheesecake! I was then given a lovely opportunity to try it out on a lovely supportive customer last weekend. It was my first time making one and got sent some brilliant photos of the inside. I am pleased to say it was a success 😍🤩
I am so so grateful to my amazing customer who trusted me to do this for a lovely birthday 🥳
I am looking to do these going forward with the flavours possibly being red velvet (the one in the picture), Victoria sponge , lemon cake, chocolate cake and possibly carrot. The only pan I can use is my deep pan but will feed a good amount of people. If there is enough interest I will do these as well ♥️
