An elegant drip cake to celebrate a 60th birthday!

This is our medium cake, made up of 3 layers of 6 inch round cakes, with two layers of filling. It is our most popular cake size, serving 12-16, with a starting price of £60.

Event Organiser Penny Nicoll joined the team behind West Suffolk's Young Trader Competition recently, offering finalists the opportunity to join Presents Galore 2024.

Blown away by the talent on display at the Newmarket Heat, Penny commented: "We are very excited to announce that we will be providing a dedicated area for the Young Trader Finalists at this year's Presents Galore. A first for us, please do come along and show your support of these wonderfully talented individuals.

"Presents Galore has welcomed many new, up and coming brands since launching in 1987, many of which have gone on to be huge successes, and we would like to offer these wonderful young traders the opportunity to market to a wider audience in the prestigious surroundings of the Rowley Mile Racecourse."

I am very excited to announce that ABCakes will be joining us out our Supersize event in King's Lynn.

They will be bringing a selection of scrumptious treats and I cannot wait to try some for myself. 😋

How much do our bakes cost?

We have a price and servings guide pinned to the top of our page, with all the information and cake sizes, servings and price!

For cakes, the price listed is a starting price. Additional decorative items such as hand sculpted fondant figures, toppers, or edible prints will add an extra cost onto your cake.

Where possible, we will make suggestions or alter designs to help meet your budget. For example, reducing the number of fondant elements on your cake or changing to a card topper instead of acrylic.

For some themes, we recommend using fondant elements to create an impressive cupcake selection like this jungle box.

These cupcakes were just as scrummy as they look too - a chocolate cupcake with cookies and cream filling!

Our cakes are fully hand crafted!

This includes any sculpted fondant elements, such as these animal figures for Giovanni’s birthday cake.

One of the beauties of making these items is we can size them perfectly for your cake, and also colour match where needed to create a cohesive design.

Then this is the perfect birthday cake for them!

This deliciously fluffy chocolate cake was covered in a layer of vanilla buttercream, with the hand sculpted fondant food items to decorate. In this case, the personalised details included no salad in the burger!

A tiered cake really does add that extra bit of “wow” to a celebration!

This is our smallest two tiered cake, made up of a medium 6” and a small 4” tier. Depending on how you cut it, this size can serve about 18-20 people.

If you have cake leftover (haven’t experienced this myself), slice up what is left, wrap the slices in cling film and pop them in the freezer. Whenever you fancy a slice, bring it out to defrost and it tastes just as good as the first time you had it!

The cutest bear cupcakes!

We love an animal cupcake theme, and strive to create the effect using mostly buttercream.

In this case, we mixed it up and used a chocolate cream cheese frosting - tastes absolutely incredible in case you were wondering!

What animal will we do next?

Most of our cakes are covered in a silky smooth vanilla buttercream layer, but this doesn’t mean we don’t use fondant!

We love getting creative with fondant, sculpting personalised elements that make a cake one of a kind. If you would rather not eat the fondant, these parts can easily be taken off the cake before serving, and even stored in a card box as a keep sake.

Cupcakes don’t have to be colourful - natural buttercream is just stunning too!

Our signature mixed piped style uses three different piping tips to create these stunning swirls and textures, which are gorgeous in every colour combination.

We can also add a fondant plaque with a personalised message.

A pastel pink theme for Malaika’s 1st birthday!

Truthfully, we don’t bake macarons, but we are very good at sculpting them with fondant when they may add the perfect decorative element to a cake! This also means we can perfectly colour match them to other fondant elements.

This was a GIANT cake to celebrate Owen’s 40th birthday. Our extra large cake size serves 28-38 people, so is a great option if you’re having a party but don’t want a tiered design.
