Roof Assured by Sika mechanically fixed field area with glued upstands in boughton Norfolk for Rowling Building this week. Beat the heat to complete on schedule.

Replacing a leaking, theft damaged canopy and flat roof at Reach Village Hall.

Unfortunately due to the value of scrap lead, this village hall fell victim to thieves. We offered a replacement in which a using laminated sheets of Roof Assured by Sika sikaplan metal, there is an aesthetically pleasing, no scrap value alternative. All it needs now is a new sign!

Been a while since I’ve posted but here’s an ongoing project in Ely, stripping existing epdm type membrane, new OSB deck, Sarnavap self adhesive V***r barrier, 120mm power deck F boards and sikaplan membrane. All being well with the weather we will finish next week!

Pleased to confirm that we have been chosen to repair/replace the flat roof and repair the damaged tiles, valleys and lead canopy on Reach Village Hall

Glad to get this one finished, been various jobs and hurdles to mix in since we started this in October. Full refurbishment of gutters, dormer, tank room and main roof (Unfortunately not enough time for a wash down for pictures though)

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Due to the recent in change in which timber is now classified as hazardous waste, we will now need to test timber fascia, soffit and barge boards for CCA (copper chrome arsenic) which has been added to the eco toxic waste list. Skip companies will no longer accept the above as well as the following materials from pre 2007 built properties in the list pictured below.

As far as we know, sheet materials like OSB3 and plywood aren’t affected. We will post any further updates.
