All the interiors of our are finished with a mist coat then 2 coats of Pure Brilliant White emulsion on the walls & ceiling. 8mm Professional V Grooved Laminate Flooring is laid with a 2mm foam underlay & finished with a 100x20mm square edge primed skirting & 2 coats of Pure Brilliant White Gloss

Walls up, breather membrane, double battened, 150x50mm C24 treated roof joists fixed at 400mm centres, 18mm OSB3 roof boards laid, one piece EPDM rubber glued down, ready for cladding.

All our Garden Room floors & roofs use 18mm Egger P5 moisture resistant T&G boards glued using a Polyurethane wood glue & fixed at a minimum of 300mm centres.

All our Garden Room floors are insulated using a foil backed rigid insulation board cut exactly to fit between 150x50 C24 treated floor joists

All of our Garden Rooms are sectional buildings, meaning all the wall sections are built by hand in the workshop that way depending on the size of building we usually get the walls and roof structure installed in a day.

Floor structure done this morning. 150x50mm C24 Treated Joists at 400mm centres bolted and fixed to Ground Screws. All ready to be insulated.
