Graphics printing this afternoon for one of two vans being completed this week for Mann Built

2.5k 140mm blocks laid and it was perfect timing giving the bad weather we had last week and this week. That’s is 66000kg + about 8 tons of cement…..safe to say we are aching after completing this little indoor number. Another happy client ✅

Joist being installed yesterday by the team, so far we have done all the brick and block work, the block and beam floor and now we are doing the joists and trusses. Making this project very fast and efficient as the client isn’t relying on a handful of trades to get to this stage!!

Ready for facing bricks, pipes and block & beam next week.

Here’s a screed rail completed today getting ready for the timber frame so mann built can wrap the brickwork around 🧱 and very nearly completing the first 4 houses. Please contact me if you need any brickwork doing big or small 👍🏻

Some blockwork we have done this week. Some partition wall & office/toilets in Yaxley. 2 down 6 to go.

1 year old today 🎉 this time last year I had 2 people working for me doing small extensions or anything I could get my hands on……1 year later I now have 8 peoples wages to pay & building Million pound plots. Well done for the lads/lady by my side & thanks for everyone’s custom. Feeling blessed 👌🏻🧱
