Kalanchoe make a great gift for someone who is new to plants Kalanchoe is an easy-care container plant, whether indoors or outdoors. On the flower Cart this week 💐

Summer is in full swing, or its suppose to be 🙈 here’s an interesting it of information about sunflowers they exhibit heliotropism. This means that during the day, sunflowers follow the sun’s path across the sky. Their stems contain special photoreceptor cells that detect sunlight direction and intensity. As the sunflower bends toward the light, it optimises photosynthesis and regulates temperature. Remarkably, at night, it resets to face east, ensuring efficient energy capture. 🌻🌞

Childrens Summer Holiday Workshops

A wonderful experience for your young people who would love to be inspired by nature and have a go at creating with seasonal flowers and foliage 💐

During the summer season, they will choosing and cutting their own flowers and then create their master pieces to take home.

Prices will vary depending on activity starting from £20 per child

Minimum of 5 childern

Maximum of 10 children

Workshops will be held on either Mondays Wednesdays or Saturdays during school holidays or Saturday afternoons during term time

Looking for a new creative hobby that you can enjoy at home or perhaps develop further? Our workshops are ideal for those that simply want to learn more about working with flowers for your own home, decorate a party venue or to share with others.
They are also useful if you want to top-up your floristry skills. Many of these workshops are repeated throughout the year so if you cannot attend any of the published dates let us know and we will keep you up to date as further workshops are scheduled.

Flower frogs date back to early centuries and have been used in floristry across the world .This workshop looks at the different "frogs" that are available from pin holders to pottery frogs.
We will also discuss different vessels that work well with frogs and the flowers and foliage that are perfect for creating with a frog.
You will learn how to create a design using a frog and using gorgeous seasonal flowers in a reusable ceramic container. You get to keep the frog and container and of course the design you create to enjoy at Home .

Want something to look forward to?when the nights are getting darker Then this is the workshop for you! Autumn is upon us and what better way to celebrate than a gorgeous show stopper of a creation for your front door!
Using dusky shades of autumnal flowers and foliage and a mix of dried and fresh (that way you get your wreath will stay looking great longer ) you will create your own wreath with gorgeous blooms all mixed together with autumn turning foliage. The beauty of this design that the materials will dry whilst you are enjoying the design! The base is an eco-friendly design that you can re-use time and time again... and if not will return to nature .

A fun workshop on the lead up to Halloween. Come and get in the spirit of Halloween and create a colourful design using the blooms of autumn. Big leaves, fruit and flowers all mixed together with pumpkins!
Everyone really loves this workshop and its booking up quickly ! It also cuts out the mess at home 🤔

Flowers and nature are very important to your children! Our Children’s Workshop provides little ones with the skill and knowledge to choose their own blooms arrange their own pumpkins .
�This workshop is suitable for children aged 3+. A parent or guardian will need to remain with any children attending. Sessions allow for a 40 min workshops, and includes a drink and snack , the time your child will take may vary with the age and ability. One ticket per participating child. limited spaces available.
