An exciting opportunity has arisen, to become part of a family-run business, as a Store Manager.

You will be required to have similar experience, ideally in the retail sector or that with transferable skills.

Managing the day to day running of a busy store including man management, store deliveries, colleague rotas, merchandising and replenishment of the stock.

With excellent communication skills, flexible and positive attitude to your work, you will be rewarded with on-going training, staff discount, company pension scheme and recognition for outstanding performance.

Your hours of work are 40 plus per week. This will include weekends on a rota basis. There may be the occasional requirement to work at a different site due to management cover, training or new store openings.

To assist the Management in the day to day running of the store.
40+ hours per week over 5 days including weekends on a rota.
Duties to include Staff supervision, Stock replenishment and deliveries, Customer assistance, Back office duties.

Yesterday our store teams donated all remaining food and pet food to local charities, food banks, council and members of our communities. We would like to take a moment to thank each and every single team member in every TMB from the bottom of our hearts. We could not have done it without you!
