BIG SHOUT OUT to phil!!
Phils been training with me for nearly 2 years now.
I hope he doesn't mind me saying but he's the wrong side of 60 but he's in much better shape than people half his age.
Even the set back of having a Knee operation couldn't stop Phils progress.
What does Phil do that others don't??? He's consistent! He never misses a session.
Having achieved everything he set out, to we needed a new goal, so I suggested he should try for a pull-up. One of the hardest bodyweight moves to master.
Last week, after lots of training, we got to 1 and yesterday he did 2 💪
Age isn't a barrier. I'm currently not taking anymore 1 to 1 clients but come to bootcamp, it's epic, and I can give you pointers along the way.
I can also offer bespoke plans for any goals you may have
Tonight was all about the BBJs 😁 this partner workout is absolutely killer. Well done guy's 💪

I really shouldn't be telling you this! Happy Easter and sorry for the blatant click bait! I’ve found social media to be an over saturated and pretty negative place of late hence why i havn’’t really been posting much. Having a modern fitness bussiness seems to be more about your online presence and delivering knowledge of the laste...
And just the that the dark nights are over. It's all light nights for the next 6 months 🌞🌞🌞 Summers coming. Now is an awesome time to start. Lots of good things coming
