All of my cakes are freshly baked from my council inspected kitchen (I have been awarded a food hygiene rating of 5). I use quality ingredients including free range eggs to ensure delicious cakes! Bespoke cake prices vary due to size and design etc, with 6" cakes starting at Β£85. Please call/inbox me with your requirements and I will work out a quotation for you.

Beautiful cake for Sophia's Christening party. This cake was set up at (which looks absolutely amazing and the food looked and smelt sooo good - will definitely be returning for a meal!)
Inside was chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and top tiers were lemon with buttercream and raspberry conserve coated in white chocolate ganache. Handmade sugarflowers and edible lace, and ruffles were made from wafer paper.

Last weekend was all about the bunnies! I LOVE this cake, cute spin on the unicorn cakes (note the cute heart crystals)
This was vanilla sponge with buttercream and lemon curs, coated in white chocolate ganache. Happy 1st birthday Grace!! Hope you had a fun filled day π

I'm not going to say I didn't struggle in this heat. Even my mobile air con unit wasn't cutting it - but it was a help. Despite this, I still enjoyed creating this cute cake for one of my lovely loyal customer's granddaughter, Ophelia (isn't that a beautiful name?)
Inside was luscious lemon sponge with vanilla buttercream and my homemade lemon curd (did you catch my recipe on my stories yesterday?) all coated in creamy white chocolate ganache and decorated using couture fondant. There was a mix of elements to bring this creation together - handmade, handpainted and dried /artifical flowers. Happy 1st birthday Ophelia π
Superheros meet princesses.. This cake was unique. My lovely customer sent me ideas of what she wanted, and originally the design was a little different. But the more I thought about it, the more I pulled towards this idea. Wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but my customer was happy for me to try. And it paid off as she was over the moon about it (if you saw her review yesterday you would see she actually cried when she saw it).. Love that reaction, makes it all the hard work and effort worth while!

Raphael didn't want a cake this year - he asked for biscoff cupcakes, Blondies and brownies.. But I couldn't resist and threw it all together. Vanilla cake with buttercream and biscoff filling - with a white chocolate and biscoff drip. Blondies were white chocolate with fresh raspberries along with fudgy chocolate brownies π

These cupcakes went out to the nurses at Chase Farm Hospital. 300 to be precise - a LOT of work for little old me, as I make the edible prints, fondant disc toppers and all sponges and buttercreams (which are made from scratch using high quality ingredients including free range eggs) - all by myself. Happy they were enjoyed π

My 1st attempt making flaounes (Easter cheese pastries)
They don't look much - but they taste amazing!! Yay π€
Absolutely loved creating the texture on Axl's baptism cake. This was a fondant base cake and I used buttercream to create texture, along with 24ct gold leaf, wafer paper flowers and pearl detail. Fondant creates a sturdy structure, and doesn't need to be refrigerated - which works great as many of my customers prefer to collect the evening before, and they don't always have refrigeration space. It holds up better in warmer weather too. People worry if it's too sweet - but it's just the exterior. Inside is yummy soft sponge with buttercream and fillings of your choice - all coated in chocolate ganache for a smooth finish π this was red velvet with vanilla buttercream and white chocolate ganache.
