Well, our End of Summer Club Camp was unbelievably lovely ❤️

We were predicted less than ideal weather, however the weather was more than kind to us! We have spectacular stars, a beautiful sunset, sunrises to make you smile and just feel good.

What a gorgeous weekend from fast 5s, half marathon prep, races and more, seeing everyone out on the trails is always a blast!

Can't wait to see what this week has in store, the sweet spot is here, so make use of it 🎉🔥

Who's joining us on this epic hike this weekend... 15k of beautiful surroundings, you can't beat the Surrey Hills for some truly impressive views. A good chance to meet some of our members you perhaps don't run with... breakfast to follow on our return and of course cake.... look forward to seeing you all...

Its been an interesting week, but Saturday is nearly here.
We will be hitting the trails in several different locations this weekend and honestly, we cannot wait!

Many of us feel the pressures to fit into a box, there are so many divides within the canicross community, racers, fast, slow, social, clubs and more!
What we want to say, is the only thing that matters is the quality of time you spend with your dog. Irrespective of how far or fast you ran/hiked/jor'd, or if you decided to snooze in that morning and have cuddles in bed.
Their time with us is so precious, and each day should be a celebration. (Yes...even if they do like to roll in p**p)

The past weekend has been a tremendously busy one, with runs, races, sessions and more going.

We are all so proud of each and everyone of you and your progress you have achieved. ⭐

Not always about the running, a lovely social walk at Happy Valley. Gives us humans the chance to catch up and to have a proper chat while able to breath 😄
The sun was out and all the dogs had a blast.

Gives us all a chance to mix with other club members that we may not see out on our runs, gives the dogs a chance to also get some serious run time without us humans holding them back. A really lovely walk followed by a Sunday roast.... already looking forward to the next one....

Happy Sunday and what a beautiful weekend we have been treated to. February is just around the corner and before we know it the warm weather will be here to spoil all the fun.

Taster session combining Hikers and Runners this time round... thank you to all that attended. A mixture of dogs of varying sizes, was really lovely to see. All kinds of bog breeds gain so much benefit from canicross, cani hiking making the adventures we have as a group inclusive. We had a reactive boy out who did amazing as did his humans... he will be one to watch as he was out front and pulling from the get go. Given a job to do always helps dogs empty or start to empty that bucket of stress, anxiety which hopefully will translate over to everyday walks...

Friday is here and what a gorgeous but cold week we have had!

This weekend we have social runs and a technical run on and we are all looking forward to seeing you out on the trails.

To all our wonderful human and canine runners out today, thank you ❤️❤️

What gorgeous views all around just waiting to greet us. Beautiful and technical trails, and everyone gave 100% on their runs. Lots of different skills shown and seeing the progress you have all made over the weeks, months and years in some cases, is just 🤯 very proud of all of you.

From progress made with canicross skills, trail running skills, behavioural issues (human 🫣🤣 and canine), those post plague, recovering from injuries, to the super human efforts of our dogless runners 💪💪. Seeing all your hard work is just staggering.
