You should always request an insurance backed guarantee with any Roofing work undertaken.
If the company you are dealing with cannot issue one then you might want to consider using somebody else.
This may not be us however, you do need to be covered.
I have meet to many customers who are extremely unhappy, paying out a second time on there Roof. All due to the company they used not coming back and not honoring their guarantee or completely unavailable.

Small Job -Bricks and Roof work - Roofing job in Balham Hill, South London - MyBuilder 1. To gain safe access to the rear parapet wall 2- reposition and fix lead capping 3- Brickwork and some pointing 4- damp seal front parapet walls
New insulation re-decking and Rubberbond
This is the same job done by us. We found so many mistakes . This was the worst job we have seen. Never believe and cheap job is good.
The customer is happy with our work but very annoyed at being ripped off.
This what happens when you instruct the wrong company. They felted straight over the existing felt Roof without even removing the stones. We found every mistake you can make on this job.
Here is a Job I have been working on for 15 months. We finally won the contract.

We are doing an EPDM Roof today I plan on laying 60m2 in 4 hours. Then a cup Tea. All trims go on in the afternoon.
I might even get one of my lads to do the smaller Roof as a learning exercise.

Me lead welding

New job finished. The New Inn in Long Ditton. The new owners are great Landlords so pop down in about 6 weeks for a pint and food it will be a nice pub.
A new slating job. Stripped, one flank loaded out, slating started and all Rubbish off the Roof in 4 days.
After 17 years my old welding gun gave in. May i get 17 more out of my new one. Lovely it is.
